What type of packaging do you use to ship my order?

If the products are heat-sensitive, we ship them in temperature-regulated packages with reinforced cushioning and ice packs, ensuring their safety during transit. If the products you order are not temperature sensitive, they are shipped in cushioned, regular cardboard boxes, appropriately sized to the items ordered.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

We have got you. If your shipment is delayed or arrives warm, you are covered by our Refund & Replacement Policy. You will get either a replacement or your money back. No back-and-forth. Please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you promptly.
