HArmonyCa™ is the first hybrid tissue biostimulator designed to restore natural skin radiance and reduce signs of aging. Its unique combination of two active ingredients – cross-linked hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite enclosed in microspheres – allows for long-lasting results that are visible after just one treatment session. The cross-linked hyaluronic acid immediately increases tissue volume and provides a lifting effect, while the calcium hydroxyapatite is known for its long-lasting action. Its microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to grow and produce extracellular matrix components such as collagen and elastin. HArmonyCa™ is applied deep into the dermis to add volume and instantly lift the skin. At the same time, the calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres start to stimulate fibroblasts, resulting in increased production of collagen type I and III and elastin. As the hyaluronic acid is biodegraded, a stable collagen framework is formed in its place – similar to the natural process of skin renewal. What can you expect from HArmonyCa™? First and foremost, a treatment with this product provides an immediate increase in tissue volume, smoothing and firming of the skin, and reduction of wrinkles in the treated area. The full effects of the therapy are visible between 3 and 4 months after the treatment, when the stable collagen framework is formed. Calcium hydroxyapatite has stimulating properties that last up to 12 months after the product is administered, and the results of the treatment can be visible for up to 3 years.
