PLINEST®

PLINEST® is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, viscoelastic injectable gel composed of PN-HPT™ (Polynucleotides – Highly Purified Technology), designed for bio-revitalization, skin texture improvement, and anti-aging treatment. It works by stimulating skin regeneration and increasing hydration and elasticity in the dermis, making it ideal for both preventative care in younger patients and restorative treatments in mature skin. Developed by Mastelli Srl, PLINEST® is used to target facial areas, neck, and décolleté, and can also improve fibrous skin conditions such as acne scars.

PLINEST® is administered intradermally using either microdroplet or linear retrograde injection techniques. The dosing protocol depends on the indication—whether it is for general bio-revitalization or treatment of fibrotic areas like acne scars.

• Injection depth: Intradermal
• Technique:
  • 30 microdroplets of 0.1–0.2 mL each
  • Or linear retrograde technique
• General anti-aging protocol:
  • 2 mL per session every 14–21 days, for 3 sessions
  • Maintenance: 1 session every 1–3 months
• Acne scar protocol:

4 mL per session, 1 session every 3 weeks, for 2 sessions

PLINEST® is indicated for patients seeking skin rejuvenation, improvement in texture and elasticity, or treatment of fibrous dermal conditions. It can be used on the face, neck, and décolleté, for men and women of various ages.

PLINEST® contains 40 mg of PN-HPT™ in 2 mL, formulated as a viscoelastic, sterile, non-pyrogenic gel. It is free from lidocaine and crosslinking agents, relying on the natural regenerative properties of polynucleotides.
