BELLAST® L

BELLAST® L is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler formulated for the treatment of medium to deep facial wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines. It contains 20 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid combined with 3 mg/mL of lidocaine hydrochloride, which helps reduce pain during and after injection. Developed using HCXL (High Concentration Cross-Linking) technology, BELLAST® L ensures a highly purified, stable hydrogel with minimized BDDE content, offering both safety and long-lasting results.

The filler is monophasic, providing a balance between viscosity and elasticity to ensure both cohesiveness and resistance to deformation. Clinical trials show BELLAST® L remains effective for up to 6 months and is well tolerated with minimal side effects, making it a reliable choice for aesthetic practitioners aiming to restore volume and smooth deep-set lines

BELLAST® L is intended for injection by trained medical professionals into the mid dermis layer of the skin.

Protocol Details:

• Inject using a sterile 27G or 30G needle
  
• Administer into the mid dermis for optimal wrinkle correction
  
• Use the linear threading or serial puncture technique

• Massage area gently post-injection to ensure even distribution

Indications:

• Treatment of moderate to deep facial wrinkles, especially:

Contraindications:

• Known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine
  
• Presence of skin infections or inflammation at the injection site
  
• Autoimmune conditions or immunosuppressive therapy

Possible Side Effects:

• Redness, swelling, tenderness at injection site
  
• Bruising or itching
• Rare: nodule formation or hypersensitivity reactions

Each 1 mL syringe of BELLAST® L contains:

• 20 mg of cross-linked hyaluronic acid

• Physiological buffer (pH-balanced solution)
  

The HA is non-animal in origin and biodegradable, offering safety and biocompatibility.

In clinical studies, BELLAST® L showed an excellent safety profile. Most adverse events were mild and temporary.
