BELLAST® PLUS (BELLAST® L24) is a premium dermal filler formulated with 24 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid and 3 mg/mL of lidocaine hydrochloride for enhanced comfort during procedures. Designed for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and volume restoration, this filler is ideal for areas such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and other deep facial creases. Manufactured with HCXL (High Concentration Cross-Linking) technology, it provides a high-purity hydrogel with minimized BDDE residues, ensuring both safety and long-lasting results.

Its optimal balance of viscosity (300–350 Pas) and elasticity (150–250 Pa) offers superior tissue integration, smooth application, and resistance to deformation, reducing risks such as gel migration.
