INTRALINE® M2 PLUS is a monophasic hyaluronic acid dermal filler formulated for the treatment of fine to medium wrinkles, including the cupid’s bow, labial commissures, neck folds, and for lip definition. Developed in South Korea, it features monodensified BDDE cross-linking technology to ensure high cohesiveness, smooth injection, and minimal migration. Designed with a small particle size, it offers precision in contouring and a natural finish. The formulation also includes lidocaine (3 mg/mL) for enhanced patient comfort during treatment.

INTRALINE® M2 PLUS is primarily indicated for treating fine to moderate facial wrinkles and delicate facial contouring. It is ideal for enhancing subtle facial features and correcting early signs of volume loss.

Indications:

• Fine lines around the lips and eyes

Contraindications:

• Active skin infections or inflammatory conditions
• Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine
• Autoimmune disorders or history of keloid scarring
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Side Effects:

• Common: Redness, swelling, bruising, mild tenderness
• Occasional: Temporary asymmetry or lumpiness
• Rare: Allergic reactions, granulomas, infection, vascular occlusion

The product consists of non-animal derived hyaluronic acid, cross-linked with BDDE, and formulated with lidocaine to reduce procedural discomfort.

While INTRALINE® M2 PLUS is well tolerated, some localized side effects may occur, which are typically mild and self-resolving.

• Typical Effects: Injection-site redness, swelling, or bruising (resolves in a few days)
• Moderate Effects: Temporary nodule formation or uneven texture
• Severe (rare): Vascular compromise, allergic reaction, or persistent granuloma

Proper storage conditions ensure product stability and patient safety. The filler must be kept within the recommended temperature range and protected from contamination.
