PLINEST® ONE

PLINEST® ONE is a sterile, intradermal injectable gel composed of PN-HPT™ (Polynucleotides – Highly Purified Technology) designed for anti-aging, skin bioregeneration, and texture improvement. It targets superficial wrinkles, dehydration, and early signs of skin laxity, making it suitable for both younger patients seeking prevention and mature skin requiring restoration. PLINEST® ONE activates fibroblasts and promotes collagen synthesis, resulting in visibly improved skin tone, elasticity, and hydration after just a few sessions.

• Suggested for face, neck, and décolleté

Can be used as a standalone treatment or skin primer

PLINEST® ONE is administered intradermally using microdroplet or linear retrograde techniques. The protocol includes multiple sessions followed by optional maintenance treatments.

• Injection depth: Intradermal
• Volume per session: 2 mL
• Technique options:
  • 30 microdroplets (0.1–0.2 mL each)
  • Linear retrograde technique
• Treatment schedule: 
  • 1 session every 14–21 days, total of 3 sessions

Maintenance: 1 session every 1–3 months

PLINEST® ONE is indicated for the correction of early aging signs, improvement in skin texture, and biostimulation of collagen and elastin in various facial and body areas. It is effective for acne scars, fine lines, and pre-procedure skin conditioning.

Contraindications:

• Skin infections or inflammation at the injection site
