REVANESSE® REVISE™ with Lidocaine

REVANESSE® REVISE™ with Lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler designed for the treatment of moderate to severe wrinkles and deep facial folds, such as nasolabial folds. It is part of the Revanesse® family of fillers, manufactured in North America, and is recognized for its smooth gel texture and high-quality, non-animal stabilized HA.

This filler contains lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) for increased patient comfort during injection. The product is formulated using Thixofix® cross-linking technology, enhancing its durability and performance with reduced post-injection swelling. REVISE™ is FDA-approved and CE-marked, ensuring high standards of safety and efficacy.

REVANESSE® REVISE™ is administered intradermally by qualified professionals using standard injection techniques. The product is designed to be injected in the mid-to-deep dermis for optimal wrinkle correction and tissue integration.

REVANESSE® REVISE™ is indicated for aesthetic correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, especially where robust support is required. Its cohesive HA gel allows for effective volumization and lifting in high-mobility facial areas.

Indications:

Contraindications:

• Patients with hypersensitivity to HA or lidocaine

• Presence of skin inflammation or infection at injection site

• History of anaphylactic reactions

• Patients with autoimmune disorders

Side Effects:

• Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at injection sites

• Rare cases of hypersensitivity or granulomas

• Very rare risk of vascular occlusion

• Transient pain or itching may occur

The product is formulated with non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid and lidocaine to reduce discomfort during treatment. It uses a highly cross-linked HA structure for greater stability and integration.

REVANESSE® REVISE™ is generally well tolerated, though some mild to moderate reactions are expected due to the injection process. Most effects are temporary and resolve within a few days.

• Common reactions: Swelling, bruising, tenderness, or erythema

• Less common: Itching, discoloration, or firmness at site

• Rare complications: Granulomas, inflammatory nodules, or infection

• Serious events (e.g., vascular occlusion) are very rare but possible

• Lidocaine content may cause localized numbness or sensitivity

To maintain product quality and safety, REVANESSE® REVISE™ must be stored under controlled conditions. It should not be frozen or exposed to direct sunlight.
