REVANESSE® SHAPE+™ is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) gel filler with 0.3% lidocaine, designed for the correction of moderate to deep facial wrinkles and lipoatrophy. The product is formulated for intradermal injection, offering a high-viscosity gel structure that provides contouring and volume restoration with long-lasting results. It is supplied in two 1.2 mL prefilled syringes, each paired with sterile 27G needles. The filler is known for its smooth consistency, high purity, and ease of injection. REVANESSE® SHAPE+™ must be administered by trained medical professionals under sterile conditions. Allow the product to reach room temperature for 30 minutes before use and inject with minimal pressure.

• Inject slowly with the least pressure needed
• Disinfect treatment site thoroughly before application
• Use sterile technique only
• For single-use only – do not reuse syringe or needles
• Preload the needle tip with a small drop before injection
• Stop immediately and massage if skin blanching occurs

This product is indicated for medium to deep facial rhytides and facial lipoatrophy through injection into the dermis. It should not be used in certain skin conditions or by individuals with specific allergies or sensitivities.

Contraindications:

• Active skin conditions (acne, infection) at or near treatment site
• History of hypertrophic scarring

Side Effects:

• Local: Erythema, swelling, itching, discoloration, pain, tenderness
• Delayed: Nodules, induration, hypersensitivity
• Rare but serious: Glabellar necrosis, granulomas, abscesses

Hypersensitivity reactions occur in <1 in 1500 cases, usually resolving in 2 weeks

The formulation includes a high concentration of hyaluronic acid with anesthetic for patient comfort.
